1. Service Description

Connect2Alpes provides private transfer services between airports, train stations, and ski resorts in the French and Swiss Alps. All transfers are door-to-door with professional, licensed drivers.

2. Booking & Confirmation

  • Bookings can be made online or by phone/email
  • A confirmation email will be sent within 24 hours
  • Please verify all details (dates, times, addresses) upon confirmation
  • Flight/train numbers must be provided for airport/station pickups

3. Cancellation Policy

  • More than 48 hours before: Full refund
  • 24-48 hours before: 50% refund
  • Less than 24 hours: No refund (except force majeure)
  • Modifications are subject to availability

4. Prices & Payment

  • All prices are quoted in Euros (€) and include VAT
  • Prices include tolls, fuel, and driver costs
  • Payment is due at time of booking or upon arrival
  • We accept credit cards, Apple Pay, and bank transfer

5. Passenger Responsibilities

  • Be ready at the agreed pickup time and location
  • Provide accurate flight/train information
  • Inform us of any special requirements in advance
  • Ensure all passengers wear seatbelts

6. Luggage & Equipment

Standard luggage allowance is included. Ski equipment must be declared at booking. Oversized items may require a larger vehicle at additional cost.

7. Delays & Waiting Time

  • Airport pickups: 60 minutes free waiting from landing
  • Station pickups: 30 minutes free waiting from arrival
  • Other pickups: 15 minutes free waiting
  • Additional waiting is charged at €1 per minute

8. Liability

Connect2Alpes maintains full insurance coverage for all transfers. Our liability is limited to the cost of the transfer service. We are not liable for delays caused by weather, traffic, or other circumstances beyond our control.
